Basecamp is where the bed is. The Basecamp™ Bed creates a sense of place for dogs on the go as a comfortable, easy-packing, easy-cleaning sleeping mat. It gets its cushion from recycled polyester on the inside, and it delivers on cozy with a soft microsuede on the outside. Simply fold it up and carry it to your next campsite with ease.

Low-profile corner bolsters and dog crate-friendly dimensions mean your dog has a versatile and minimal landing spot for settling down and squeezing in a snooze before, after, or en route to their next adventure. The non-slip waterproof base creates a moisture barrier and keeps the bed stable on slick surfaces.

    My dog is picky with beds - he usually ignores them and instead prefers to lay his 65 pounds right on top of me at every opportunity. He not only seemed ok with this bed but he kept going back to it on his own without prompting. We intend to travel with it this summer and I’m glad he has a “place” we can take on the go.

    Great Travel Bed

    I got this bed for my dog to sleep on when we go to hotels. She is allowed on the people bed but often opts for the floor and hotel floors can be gross and/or hard. It is intended to be used in conjunction with the Ruffwear Dog Cot but can and probably will be used on it's own. We have 3 other Ruffwear Dog beds that we use at home and at work. They are all at least 5 years old or older. These beds last.

    Well made and thoroughly enjoyed so far!

    It immediately flattened out of the packaging well. So far it has been easy to clean up as needed and my dog seems very happy with it. The sage color is a nice plant/earthy vibe.
