The Roamer™ is an adjustable stretch-webbing running dog leash that can be hand-held or worn around the waist for a dynamic hands-free leash experience. Wavelength™ stretch webbing keeps humans and canines connected while allowing an extended range for roaming and exploring.

The side-release buckle on the handle is easy to use and reinforced with an aluminum uniloop for exceptional strength, adjusting easily when wearing around the waist. Ruffwear’s unique Talon Clip™ offers a strong and secure connection to your dog.

It includes Ruffwear's signature leash features like a padded handle, an accessory loop for pick-up bags or small attachable leash accessories, and strong webbing that holds its color so it can be your favorite leash for years to come. Waist adjusts up to 48 in (122 cm).

    Love it!

    On vacation. Borrowed my daughter’s dog lead: the roamer bungee dog lead. My dog sports the Ruff Wear Hi & Light harness so I clipped it on and off we went for a neighborhood walk. Very responsive to my dog’s movements:: there were many as he has to check out every light pole, and fire hydrant. After the walk I ordered the lead for my dog. We love it! Have the Yellow Snow 5.5” - 7”, and his harness is the Lichen Green. The lead is easy to clip on with one hang, the bungee makes it very responsive and gives him a hit if extra space to explore. Mako is 11.5 lbs: a rescue Chi Mix, he’s definitely the smartest equipped and the handsomest dog where ever he travels in his Ruffwear gear.

    Fantastic for Enzo and I!

    I have a very enthusiastic Russell Terrier puppy and while he is learning not to pull and pay attention to me, this leash is fantastic! Nice and soft for both of us and so helpful at slowing him down! Absolutely no jerking if he tears off after a blowing leaf or bird.

    Love it!

    This is my first purchase from ruffwear and I couldn’t be happier! This is definitely my new go-to place for dog gear. Great quality leash and very comfortable.

    We’re taking our boy on a cross country road trip and we can’t wait to use this leash on hikes!

    Chewing Poodle

    I love the bungee dog leash ! The only reason why I am ordering another is because I have a poodle, Vladimir Aleksandr that loves to chew everything and apparently even though I monitor him, as a puppy he chewed this wonderful leash in several spots. I luckily was able to tie knots where weakness were noticed in the leash but it’s now losing its length from all the double knot ties. Time for another, after 3 1/2 years . The hardware is stellar and very strong and durable. Apparently my little 56 pound guy is still chewing! Thank you however for an excellent product.🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺
