You have your favorite running vest - this one’s your dog’s. The Trail Runner™ Running Vest opens up new territory by making it easy and comfortable for your running buddy to carry their no. 1 trail essential: hydration.

Mindful design and material choices keep the vest breathable, balanced, and bounce-free. Two zippered side pockets hold the two included Hydrapak® soft flasks, and you can stash the Trail Runner™ Bowl and pick-up bags in the top zippered pocket. A reinforced webbing tow loop at the rear offers a strong leash attachment point, optimally positioned for dogs that like to take the lead.

    lightwweight running/hiking vest

    We have the older style hiking vest and this new mesh style is much lighter and easier to put on our dog. It fits more snugly and doesn't shift while hiking.

    Arrived Damaged, but Replacement was sent Immediately.

    We got this running vest for our vizsla so that he can carry his own water. I put it on him as soon as I got it because vizsla bodies can be tricky... some things just don't fit their build. The Trail Runner Vest fit, but I noticed that a clip had been broken somewhere along the line. I contacted Ruffwear and was sent a replacement immediately. I feel like you normally have to jump through hoops to prove damage or exchange the item which can take a long time. All that to say I had a wonderful experience with customer service.
