Dogs can hold their stride with the Vert™ Jacket no matter what elements are thrown their way. Designed to embrace the wintry-mix that would otherwise mean spending the day inside, the shell fabric is windproof, waterproof, and breathable.

The Vert™ Jacket features extended waterproof coverage over the hips and thighs and recycled, lofted insulation that packs exceptional warmth. Leg loops keep the jacket in place when the winds kick up, and the leash portal allows the Vert™ to be worn over a harness.

While each style of Ruffwear apparel is designed for its intended use, this guide generalizes our fits in three ways. The Vert is a Relaxed Fit with side-release buckles for easy on/off and extended vest coverage over hips and thighs.

    Love it!

    I bought this for my dog who has mobility problems. It’s easy to put on and take off. The quality is top notch as usual. My dog is shaped a little like a sight hound so I appreciate how I can adjust the fit around his chest. Love the tab for the beacon, too.

    Love this jacket

    I have this same jacket for my other dog and it fits well on her long body and lets her run! My new baby has a bit to grow yet but she can still where it even if it’s a bit big at the moment. The color is also stunning.

    Perfect for winter!

    Love this coat- lightweight, easy to put on our energetic dog, and the blue-teal color is beautiful. Used the size chart and the fit was true to size. Can’t wait to use it for our snowy New England winters!
